Postdoctoral Scientist in Optical Imaging and Optogenetics

  • Design and automation of systems for optical imaging and optogenetics for in vitro and in vivo cardiac applications
  • PhD in optics, BME, physics, electrical engineering or related disciplines
  • Background in the following will be helpful: optics, microendoscopy, optical mapping, image processing, machine learning, optogenetics, cardiac electrophysiology, molecular biology and viral vectors, patch clamp experience, small animal surgery, ample Matlab computer programming skills.

Graduate Research Assistants (PhD, MS)
